ProVise Management Group has announced plans to relocate its Clearwater headquarters to a new, 10,584-square-foot office at 300 Park Place Blvd., Suite 210, Clearwater, FL 33759, with occupancy slated for mid-August.  

The relocation comes as ProVise approaches a major milestone of its own: 40 years in business, which the firm will celebrate on August 22. Founded in 1986 by V. Raymond Ferrara, CFP®, Executive Chair, ProVise serves more than 1,100 families nationwide and manages over $2 billion in assets.  

“After over 30 years on Druid, it is time to make a move,” said Ferrara. “Two motivating factors were paramount to this move. First, we have simply outgrown the space, and secondly, as our business continues to grow, a more central location in Pinellas made sense for our clients and team.”  

“This move is really the result of 40 years of steady, intentional growth,” said Jon Brethauer, CFP®, AIF®, CPFA, MBA, President. He hopes the new space “sends a message of confidence and commitment. ProVise has always taken a long-term view, not only when managing investments, but also in how we’ve built our firm. We’re not changing who we are. We’re simply creating an environment that allows us to continue delivering the thoughtful, personal advice our clients have come to expect while preparing for the opportunities ahead.” 

Bringing the vision to life has been a multi-year effort on the part of the principals at ProVise and spearheaded by Melinda Hyre, MBA, ProVise’s Director of Operations. Hyre calls the new office “more than a new address.” She continues, “the new location is a space that embodies our culture.” The new office was designed to foster a more collaborative environment for ProVise’s robust team, with highly considered spaces for client meetings — designed, as Hyre puts it, to enhance “the relationships that have helped us grow.” 

“For more than 30 years, our office has been more than just a workplace — it has been our home,” said Eric R. Ebbert, CFP®, CEO of ProVise. “While it is difficult to say goodbye to a space that has been such an important part of our history,” the change is “a necessary and exciting next step.” 

The new Pinellas County location continues the firm’s accessibility for existing clients, while opening the door to connecting with prospective clients throughout Tampa Bay. ProVise’s commitment runs deeper than proximity, though — the firm remains dedicated to philanthropy and community involvement across both Clearwater and the Greater Tampa Bay area, supporting organizations including Tampa General Hospital, BayCare Health System, Morton Plant Mease Foundation and the Homeless Empowerment Program, among others. 

Looking ahead, ProVise expects the expanded headquarters, together with the firm’s 40th anniversary, to mark the beginning of its next chapter, one built on the same fiduciary commitment that has guided the firm since 1986. Hyre hopes clients “notice that the space feels both professional and welcoming.”  As she puts it poignantly, “While the location may be new, clients will immediately recognize the same people, values, and commitment to service that have always defined ProVise.”
