Melinda K. Hyre is an accomplished operations executive with nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning financial management, human resources, and healthcare operations. She currently serves as Director of Operations for ProVise. In this role, she leads firm-wide operations by translating executive vision into actionable business plans, overseeing human resources, financial management, and policy development to ensure efficiency and accountability. She also manages facility operations and champions process improvement to drive productivity and organizational success.
Melinda K. Hyre’s Background
Prior to joining ProVise in July 2021, Melinda held senior leadership positions in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors. As COO and Senior Director of Ancillary Operations for LTC Pharmacy Solutions/Community Eldercare Services in Tupelo, Mississippi, she directed business operations for multiple pharmacies and therapy services, managing more than 160 employees across 20 locations. Her strategic initiatives successfully guided the organization through a major merger and acquisition.
Earlier in her career, Melinda served as Director of Pharmacy Operations for Community Care of West Virginia, where she expanded pharmacy services, built three new locations, and improved profitability through innovative patient care and operational strategies.
Born and raised in North Central West Virginia, Melinda developed a love for the outdoors early on, enjoying skiing, hiking, boating, and white-water rafting. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fairmont State University and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Business Administration at West Virginia University.
Outside of her professional life, Melinda is a proud and busy mother of two. Her son, Kadyn, is a high school senior, while her daughter, Natalie, is finishing her last year of elementary school. Melinda is happily on the go between work and her children’s events.
